Description
The total number of sessions for the entire program will be 8 sessions, spread over a period of 8 months from May to December.
Each session will be priced at $500, with a monthly fee for the duration of the program.
Payable upon receipt of invoices. Half of the Agreed Upon Fee of $4000.00 is due upon signing of this agreement. To secure the Coaching and dates.
$2000.00 is due upon signing – secures the first four sessions. (From May to August)
A one-time only cost of $150.00 will be for the DISC Personality Assessment and the 2 Coaching Books
Total for first payment will be $2150.00
